Mail
SPR# VSEN6CZMEU - An inline image was lost during forwarding. This problem has
been fixed in 6.5.5.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading DWA.
Steps to reproduce issue:
1. User 1 receives a message from an internet originator. How this mail is
composed is unknown and is not under control of the recipient.
2. User 1 can read the mail without problems and all in-line images are
displayed correctly using DWA.
3. User 1 forwards this specific message to User 2 using DWA.
4. When User 2 receives the mail, and attempts to read it using DWA, he is
prompted for a username and password (sometimes multiple times). If User 2
authenticates successfully, the in-line images are replaced with the red X
icon. More >
